Mäklarhuset (literally "The Real Estate House") is one of Sweden's most renowned real estate agents, with over 100 local offices all around Sweden and in Spain. They have over half a decade of experience in the real estate market, but the brand had been diminishing in relevance since their last rebrand 10 years ago. In a fast moving market, and an ever-evolving world, they needed to future proof their brand.

Utilizing their 50 year history of setting a higher standard for the whole industry, we built the new brand from the ground up. This was done through a one-brand experience throughout every touchpoint, stemming from a new brand platform and concept, leading to a new visual brand expression, a complete digital experience and a communication concept.

As the real estate industry is very much franchise based, a large part of the new brand was tailored to attract new agents and expansion through new offices.

The brand needed to work across large mix of touchpoints. Digital and physical prospects were a few of them.

A full digital experience was designed, complete with digital prospects and listings to help buyers on their journey towards their new home.
