Academic Work has led the staffing and recruitment category in Sweden for over 25 years, and has since the start expanded to an additional five markets around Europe: Germany, Switzerland, Denmark, Norway and Finland. Over the years they have taken significant strides in how they create value for their clients and candidates, but their external perception had not kept up.

Just like Academic Work goes beyond the CV to find the right people for roles, the brand concept The Perfect Fit goes beyond the expected to find surprisingly effective combinations and fits. It unifies the brand across its six markets, and influences every part of the brand experience, from visual identity to tone of voice, brand statement, messaging, motion, communication and how the brand acts and functions in physical and digital touchpoints.

The concept, like a great recruitment, is not the art of putting square pegs in square holes, or creating static and rigid predictability, but finding that which is symmetrical yet off-kilter, unexpected yet brilliant, unpredictable yet aligned, in the end resulting in The Perfect Fit.
