When the war hit Ukraine families were separated overnight. Fathers had to stay and fight while mothers and children became refugees. To build awareness around the refugee crisis created by the war, we, together with Sweden for UNHCR, highlighted the brutal reality of not only being forced to flee, but also being separated from those you love the most. Not Delivered, two words that are usually due to a simple service error, could now mean the worst. 

The campaign TVC was accompanied by Swedish Idol winner and Eurovision Song Contestant Tusse, recording a cover of the classic Swedish song “Letter from Lillan” about a girl writing her father telling him how much she misses him.
