Getting a bank to feel smoooth, to completely be smoooth, is about more than ads. So to get Swedish fintech company Klarna to break out of the traditional mold, we changed everything, and launched Smoooth as more than a traditional ad concept. It’s about how Klarna looks, speaks and acts in every moment, in every touchpoint, in every way – from your TV screen all the way down to the core of the product.
